- Nadstandardní platové ohodnocení - Flexibilita (100% home office), ale možnost pracovat z kanceláře
- Absolutně neosobní přístup - Žádné teamové meetingy (standupy) - Za dobu, co jsem tam byl jsme si volal s managerem jen 3×, s ostatními kolegy vůbec - Žádné zadání, nejasná očekávání - Tasky přiřazovány jen v systému, bez diskuze, bez kontextu; a navíc většinou automatizovaným systémem
