Na nižších pozicích jistota stabilního zaměstnání.
Zlepšit by se mělo především platové ohodnocení pracovitých úředníků a úřady by se měly politicky, možná i fyzicky, odpoutat od vlivu místních politiků.

Zaměstnavatel mě připravil o práci po 26 letech, neměl zájem řešit situaci,neuznal svou chybu
