Vzhledem k tomu , že jsem do práce chodil včas a ani nemarodil, mi zaměstnavatel smlouvu neprodloužil a ani nenahlédl , na mé vzdělání a předchozí pracovní zkušenosti,nenabídli mi jinou práci a pomocnou ruku.
Někteří lidi v kanceláři nejsou na svém místě a své práci nerozumí, to by se museli změnit. Pokud se jedná o dělnické profese, berou to jako kus za kus, bez ohledu jak je pracovník schopnej a je to jen o dotace . Oni ze svýho rozpočtu ,jen tak někoho mezi Magistrát nezaměstnají, je to jen o známosti.

Pružná pracovní doba, možnost vzdělávání, pravidelný příjem, benefity.
Aktuálně neposoudím, pracovala jsem u tohoto zaměstnavatele před poměrně dlouhou dobou.
