U Trenkwalderu si nejvíce cením příjemné pracovní atmosféry. Oproti jiným agenturám zde nejsme jen číslem, ale zaměstnancem, o kterého má vedení zájem a se kterým je v častém kontaktu. Pokud přicházím s nápady, vždy se jimi někdo zabývá. Velmi si také cením možnosti flexibilní pracovní doby a podpory souladu pracovního a soukromého života. Pokud je možnost, můj zaměstnavatel se mi snaží vyjít vstříc.

Pracovala jsem pro Trenkwalder brigádně a byla jsem přidělena do plastové výroby. Komunikace byla v pořádku, vše šlo hladce. Když jsem potřebovala vyřešit něco urgentně kvůli úřadu, tak to manažerka zvládla na jedničku a vyšla mi vstříc. Směny jsem si plánovala jak jsem potřebovala.
