Absolutní absence školení; na rozdíl od jiných společností Vám v této nikdo nic neřekne, na všechno si musíte přijít sami (nebo zjistit, kdo ví to, co potřebujete znát) Občasný nátlak, který ale přímo souvisí s tlakem od důležitých klientů
Flexible working hours
Pokud dostanete místo v administrativním sektoru (plánovač, nákupčí, projektant, apod.) pevně daná doba, kdy byste měli být v práci je od 9-13ti hodin. Záleží pak na domluvě, zda přijdete ráno dříve, nebo odpoledne odejdete později.

1, Kdo chce něco dokázat, má příležitost, firma mu zabezpečí co potřebuje 2, Centrála v rámci možností korporace naslouchala 3, Volnost v seberealizaci 4, Většina manažmentu super, velice dobrá spolupráce 5, Benefity na lepší úrovně než průměr ve výrobních společnostech
1, Hold je to korporace, takže některé věci nejde změnit nebo nelogické pravidla přes které nejde vlak. 2, Někdy by to chtělo být víc akčnější a ráznější v rozhodnutích - platí to pro top manažment na závodě, podřízení by to pak líp akceptovali a pak víc podpořili manažment v splnění závodních cílů.

pro thp zaměstnance možnost pracovat z domova. Pokud zaměstnanec přednese myšlenku, jak něco zlepšit procesně nebo ušetřit náklady nebo zvýšit prodej a je to v souladu s firemní kulturou, tak většinou manažment takové nápady podpoří. Manažment si cení proaktivitu svých zaměstnanců.
