Bohužel neváží si lidí. Nezajímá je co pro podnik udělali.
Úctu k lidem a nepřehlížet podřízené. Oprostit se arogance v chování vůči podřízeným.

Plat ostrahy by měl být větší než jen za pakatel. A chování techniku by mělo být lepší .

Přesná a pravidelná pracovní doba. Možnost změny v rozpisu směn. Seriózní přístup nadřízeného. Jasné pracovní úkoly bez vlastní iniciativy. Dostatek volného času. Minimální přesčasy. Týden dovolené navíc. Penzijní připojištění. Stravenky. Pravidelná školení.

Jistota a benefity
Jobs for people aged 50+
Většinou tam pracují bývalí příslušníci ozbrojených složek ČR na výsluze, tzn. většinou 50+ a organizace je na tuto věkovou kategorii po všech stránkách připravena, poskytuje velmi kvalitní pracovní jistotu pro lidi v předdůchodovém věku pro které firmy vzhledem k jejich věku nemají místa, tato státní organizace spadající pod ministerstvo obrany věk neřeší a pokud se chce někdo pracovně uplatnit, dá mu možnost stálého zaměstnání.

Díky VLS mám prakticky další výuční list. Každý měsíc výplata i stravenky včas na účtu. Navíc proplácí dětskou rekreaci až do výše 5.000kč na jedno dítě.
Rozhodně by bylo dobré proplácení rekreace pro celou rodinu. A nebyl by špatný příspěvek na dopravu.

začala jsem pracovat v roce 1974, kde platy byly úplně jinde než dnes nemohu hodnotit dnešní firmu , ale když jsem pracovala já je to již 44let tak jsem byla velice spokojena
