proces zaškolenia prebehol na dobrej úrovni, relatívne v krátkom čase som dostal potřebné informácie pre výkon svojej práce. Spoločnost ponúka rôzne typy benefitov.

dost často se stává, že k jednotlivým úkonům nejsou pořádně nastavené procesy - postupy.

Určitě oceňuji různé rozvojové aktivity a programy. Také se mi libí různá zajímavá setkání mimo práci (divadlo, Vánoční večírek, teambuilding,atd.). Nabídka anglického jazyka, jóga.. Naučila jsem se spoléhat se sama na sebe.
