Jobs for people with no work experience
Tato práce je hlavně pro mladé lidi, hodně fyzicky zdatné. Je to náročná práce na fizičku a zručnost, ale na myšlení ne. Každý kdo je dost silný a chce pracovat namáhavou práci, je vhodný kandidát.

Nejvíce jsem si asi rozuměl s ostatními zaměstatnci. Nevím jak je to tam teď.. ale za mojí doby co jsem tam byl byli mí kolegové super. jen proto jsem tam vydržel rok a třičtvtě..
Dala by se o tom napsats esej co tam vše bylo špatně.. nadřízení se kamarádičkovali s podřízenými které zanli i z osobniho života a ti z toho meli řekněme nadvhydoy jak finančně tak i co se tykalo lehčí práce.. Dále pak se po zamestnancích požaduje opravdu velké pracovní usílí a to tak že se zvyšují až nalicky normy na vyrobu kusů.. atd. atd... je toho mnoho a nerad na to vzpomínám :)

Nikdy jsem si nemohl stěžovat, že bych se v práci nudil, ba naopak bylo složité práci stíhat a to se normy každým rokem zvyšovali.
Nauči si vážit svých dlouholetých zaměstnanců a aby se nechovali k lidem jako ke strojům.

Možnosti přivýdělku za nad výkony, rodiné atmosféry v podniku.
Poslala bych celé vedení do výroby, aby si uvědomily, co to vlastně po zaměstnancích chtějí a v jakých podmínkách musí pracovat.
