Komunikace v angličtině se zákazníky. (nejvíce zákazníků ze zahraničí).
Nebyla jistota stabilní práce. Větší komunikace se zaměstnanci. Více benefitů-např. příspěvek na sport

Příjemné prostředí, klidná pěkná kancelář v centru města. Klid na práci, možnost pracovat samostatně.
Ocenila bych především profesionalitu, dodržování podnikatelských standardů, větší organizovanost, menší chaos. Stálost v názorech. Nábor kvalifikovanějších lidí. Důslednější zaškolení. Lepší motivace zaměstnanců. Průhlednější serióznější jednání vedení.
