Nejvíce si cením na zaměstnavateli slušného příjmu v rámci kraje, příspěvku na penzijní pojištění, příspěvku na dojíždění a stravenek za mimořádné (přesčasové) směny v noci nebo o víkendu.
Zlepšit komunikaci a vztahy mezi jednotlivými odděleními.
