Prodlužování smluv jenom na 3.měsíce. Neprodloužení na dobu neurčitou po zaučení. Nervozita a nestálost firmy nefér co bude dál zda se udrží firma na trhu.

Prodlužování smluv, finanční postihy za maličkosti, protekce, plánování, upozorňování na problémy bez zpětné vazby, vaše slovo nemá žádnou váhu, toto si mohou dovolit jen déle sloužící, že něco umíte nikoho nezajímá...stp.
