Četnost zahraničních návštěv je vysoká, není výjimkou, že se očekává krátký komentář i od operátora na velíně výroby. Firma má velmi úzkou vazbu na Kazachstán a Ruskou Federaci (dodavatelé zařízení a surovin, ruština), bratrský závod ve Wittenbeergu (býv. NDR, tedy němčina), angličtina je všude. Některé dokumenty a porady se vedou a připravují rovnou anglicky. Kromě toho je často třeba domluvit se s řidiči kamionů přijíždějících pro výrobky. Podnik podporuje a zajišťuje jazykové vzdělávání

Vhodné pro lidi, kteří jsou rádi uzavřeni a sevřeni 1000 předpisy a nařízeními bez možnosti cokoli změnit. Neuvěřitelně přerostlá byrokracie.
