Platily velice dobře a chovali se k nám velice slušně to že jsem dostal výpověď byla má chyba
Jeden s našich nadřizených špatně vycházel s vedením firmy pro kterou se hlídalo a uklízelo nakonec tam měl zákaz vstupu....v současné době už ta firma tam nepracuje takže možná lepší komunikace

objem práce, na sezonu vám vyhodí kolegu takže jste na směně kolikrát 2 místo 4 a samozřejmě je to vaše chyba že se nestíhá

Férový přístup,
ještě je třeba zapracovat na zlepšení komunikace. Postupně se to zlepšuje, ale jde to pomalu.
