Prima kolegové, kteří se snaží pomoct, když nadřízený "selže"
Firma jako taková absolutně nefunguje. Nejsou nastavené procesy a zodpovědnosti a každý "si hrabe" jen na svém písečku. O problémech se jen mluví, ale neřeší se.

Muj tym byl slozen z naprosto nejlepsich kolegu, co jsem kdy mela, opravdu chodit do prace nebylo sebemensi problem. Travili jsme spolu cas i mimo pracovni dobu. Dalsi pozitivni vec na tyhle firme je to, ze je tak chaoticka a nedokonala, ze se clovek toho hodne nauci, jelikoz na to nemaj nikoho jineho a tak delate pak vsechno mozny. Je to trochu sok, kdyz pak clovek odejde do firmy, kde to funguje mnohem lip a moderneji. Rozhodne je tahle filma zaostala, co se tyka technologii, ale kolektiv je tam fajn, nebo teda byval fajn, to je taky duvod, proc uz tam nepracuji, slo to do kopru.
Otresny management, plno arogantnich lidi, kteri se povysovali nad jinymi. Otresna komunikace z jejich strany. Nektere veci delaji lidi, co tomu nerozumi a je to pak opravdu neefektivni. Celkove je to tam naprosto nedoresene, nedodelane a chaoticke. Lidi nevnimaji jako dulezitou soucast firmy. Nemaji snahu si udrzet lidi s pridanou hodnotou, jelikoz si mysli, ze je stejne snadno nahradi a jeste levneji. Fakt zajimavej pristup. Benefity jsou nic moc, zvlast v porovnani s dnesni dobou. Ale verim, ze pro juniory je to super zkusenost, ale pro seniory naprosta ztrata casu. To, ze kdysi byval super kolektiv a kazdy tyden byla party bylo fajn, dokud to prestalo byt fajn a nestacilo to. Zvlast kdyz plno tech dobrych lidi uz tam davno ani neni.
