Libi se mi, ze tady jsme super parta lidi. Je to pro me i velka moznost rustu a kdyz prinesu nejake zlepseni nebo napad, tak vzdycky najdu podporu, nebo feedback ktery me posune. Na Notum me nejvic bavi to, ze tu opravdu muzu byt sam sebou v super kolektivu a u toho rust.
Mame pekny kancl, ale chtelo by to mistama si s nim trochu vic pohrat, dat tu vic plakatu a trochu vic si to udelat po nasem.

- Skvělá parta lidí - Na všem se dá domluvit - Opravdu lidský přístup, který není pouze prostoduchý text na náborovém letáčku - Fajn kanceláře přímo v centru - Za mě ideální velikost firmy (počet lidí)
Asi by šlo trochu šlápnout do technické vybavenosti. Židle, monitory... Postupně obměnit starší kousky za nové :)

Přátelská atmosféra na pracovišti i mimo pracoviště, péče o zaměstnance nejen jako o pracovní sílu, ale i jako o člověka s jeho potřebami.
Jak firma postupně roste, myslím, že na všech pain-pointech se snaží pracovat. Nenapadá mě tak nic, co by už nebylo v rámci firemních struktur někde řešeno.

Naprosto báječný kolektiv, skvělé týmové akce. Podpora juniorních programátorů byla super, hodně jsem se toho naučil a konstruktivní zpětná vazba nebyla žádný problém.

Máme tu pohodovú atmosféru, super tím ľudí, ktorí sú ochotní pomocť a správne nastavenú komunikáciu - vieme sa pochváliť a aj si dať feedback, či prispieť novým nápadom, ktorý bude vypočutý.
Ja som tu spokojná, nemám moc čo vytknúť. Keď sa aj niečo vyskytne, viem to efektívne vyriešiť so svojim zamestnávateľom.

Lidský přístup. Člověk se nemusí bát říct, když se mu něco nelíbí, právě naopak. Vedení se nám vždy snaží vyjít vstříc.
Nic zásadního mi nenapadá.
