Výplata chodí včas. Pěkné prostředí. Sleva na oběd v restauraci přímo v areálu. Příležitostná možnost odnést si vybrané odepsané zboží.

Špatný přístup vedení k zaměstnancům. Negativní atmosféra. Žádné finanční ohodnocení za bezvadně splněný úkol nad rámec ani za dlouhodobě nadprůměrný výkon. Naopak krácení odměn za banality. Všechny svátky co je zavřeno se musí napracovat.
