Naprosto otevřená komunikace, respekt napříč týmem (bez ohledu na funkce), naslouchání a proaktivní přístup ke všem podnětům (interní/externí)
Vždy by mohlo být lépe, ale není nic konkrétního, co vytknout - naštěstí ;-)

- práce z domu - skvělá atmosféra na pracovišti - týmová spolupráce - charitativní akce - firemní večírky (minimálně 2x ročně) - pravidelné navyšování mzdy - benefity (mobilní tarif, Multisport, příspěvek na penzijní připojištění, stravenky, práce z domu, flexipassy) - hodnotné vánoční dárky
- hodnota stravenek by mohla být vyšší
Flexible working hours
Zaměstnanci mohou mít flexibilní úvazky 20-30 nebo 30-40 hodin týdně. Částečně mohou sami korigovat počet odpracovaných hodin za týden v rozmezí svého úvazku. Nevyhovující směny mohou měnit s kolegy.
Opportunity to work during studies
Možnost práce na DPČ/DPP. Flexibilní úvazky 20-30 a 30-40 hodin týdně. Směny lze skloubit se studiem.
