Státní správa a samospráva tady bude vždycky. Kvalitním pracovníkům nehrozí ztráta zaměstnání ani to, že by jim byl nějak krácen plat, nebo by na něj museli čekat, což v současné době v soukromém sektoru může nastat kdykoli.

Snížit fluktulaci lidí, nevyhazovat bezdůvodně zaměstnance, 1 týden vyhodili mojí kolegyni a potom druhý týden i mě
