Dobrý kolektiv, ten jediný mě tam držel. Jinak ještě možnost kdykoli si domluvit volno. Jinak nic

Nikdy nikdo nepochválí. Jako pokojská jste až na posledním místě. Každý měsíc kontrolují čistotu pokoje ( mystery, najata osoba) a i za banální chyby strhávají peníze ze mzdy. Smlouva na hl. prac. poměr napsána na životní minimum, ostatní na dohodu. Takže výplata chodí třeba na 3x. O důležitých věcech se dozvíte jako poslední, ačkoli by jste je měla plnit jako první. Nadřazení Vás znají pouze když něco potřebují.

Jediný benefit je 1xročně ubytování na jednu noc pro dva se snídaní v jakékoliv hotelu sítě Pytloun zdarma.

Není možnost kariérního růstu, je to jen pro někoho a není to fér, kariéra se u Pytlouna neodvíjí podle schopností a zkušeností.
