Naše firma vstoupila na český trh nedávno a všichni zaměstnanci tak mají možnost podílet se na tom, jaká firma bude. Každý názor a nápad je vítaný. Jsou zde správní lidé, kteří tu práci mají rádi a zároveň jsou ve svém oboru opravdu dobří. Cením si toho, že se mi dostává spousta volnosti a mohu využívat práce z domova, což je pro mě vzhledem ke vzdálenosti od firmy obrovským benefitem. :-)

Super přístup team leadera a podpora vedení, možnost plánovat si svůj čas, možnost získát velký přehled o dění na trhu práce a o mnoha firmách. Práce je dynamická a rozhodně nehrozí stereotyp. Atmosféra v týmu je super, podílíme se i na výběru svých kolegů, slovo každého má svoji váhu.

Možnost seberealizace, samostatnost, ochota a vstřícnost, spolupráce kolegů, uznání, otevřenost, příjemná atmosféra, lidský přítup, občas porodní bolesti spojené se startupem, :)
