Přátelský pracovní kolektiv a partnerský přístup ze strany vedení. Kvalitní pedagogická práce a zajímavé výukové metody včetně množství pomůcek. Skvěle vedení žáci a možnost práce s malým třídním kolektivem. Vize školy, která dává smysl a má dobře srovnané hodnoty.
Kvalitní pedagogická práce včetně všech souvisejících činností vyžaduje obvyklou pracovní dobu 8 hod denně, ovšem to je legitimní požadavek. Občas se vyskytne náročná situace s rodiči, kteří umí být hodně nepříjemní.

chybí mi kompetentní vedení - vedení neumí přijmout konstruktivní kritiku a není schopné sebereflexe neřeší podstatné věci, jen finance a hlouposti nebo ne moc důležité věci, které zbytečně roztahává
