Customer Service advisor with Polish - Concentrix

Do you enjoy discussions about TV shows and favorite films? Now you can do it while working! We currently seek Customer Service Advisors for our partner, the online streaming service of the digital media giant.

What you will do in this role:

• Answer phone calls, e-mails, and messages on social media and live chat from customers
• Help customers with service-related issues
• Inform customers of promo events
• Work shifts: morning 09:00-17:45, afternoon 13:15-22:00, (Working hours are according to the market covered)
• Phone calls are inbound, no cold-calling
• Suitable for people without experience

What we expect:

• Good computer skills and good knowledge of MS Office
• Ability to quickly identify customers' problems and needs
• Ability to set priorities and manage daily responsibilities effectively
• A client-oriented approach, patience, and strong communication skills
• Team players with the ability to work in a Customer Service environment
• Living in the Czech Republic is a plus
• Native Polish and communicative level of English in both oral and written form
