I believe the satisfaction of employees very depends on the department where you work. There are departments where the workload is higher, therefore employees can feel more stressed. On the other hand, there are departments where the workload is not so high, but the decisions you take while performing your job can be stressful...but if you find stress too stressful, you should rather plant potatoes somewhere and not work in finance :) However, I believe even when this is a typical corporate, in time we all see small steps towards employee satisfaction.
+ People can choose and migrate from one department to another if they fit the position and find it interesting, therefore I think there is enough space for hard-working and talented people to reach the position or job they desire.
+ HR department always set up the best teambuilding and parties, rowing, etc., even when they have 1 hour per day when you can come to their office to discuss things, at the end of the day they will never say no to anybody. I feel that here even when now we have 300+ employees they do their best to remember everybody, which you do not find in other SSC.
- Overcomplicated structure caused by mergers with different internal settings and processes.
