Responsibilities:

* Technical support for Core Network equipment – cover SGSN, GGSN, MME, S-GW and P-GW, DRA and 5G core network elements
* Technical support for projects - Project preparation, pre-sales technical support, solution development, solution testing with customers, project delivery with a delivery team
* Provide Level 2 technical support service to the Carrier and Enterprise customers independently or together with a support team
* Permanent professional improvement and trainings
* Supporting our customers from any technical perspective, maintain the good relationship with customer, responsible for customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

* Candidates should have bachelor's degree or above in Telecommunications/IT
* Knowledge of IT technology principals – mobile communication principals (2G/3G/4G/5G network structure, function of particular elements PS network) and IP technology principals – Switches/Routers
* Knowledge of UNIX/LINUX, Windows Server, virtualization SWs (vmWare), Storage/Server and virtualization methods is advantage
* Candidate should be able to work independently, be self-motivated and has willingness to study
* Cisco certification, Unix scripting, Virtualization, Cloud is an advantage
