Business Development Manager - Co-packing company

We are Marvinpac CZ. We offer co-packing and co-manufacturing services, mainly for cosmetic and food companies. Although we have about 200 employees, our company culture is very open & friendly and we believe it brings out the best in our employees.

We are Marvinpac. We are one of the main European players in the full services solutions in food and cosmetic industry. We provide tailor made services starting by the development of products and packaging, through kitting and packing operations, up to warehousing and distribution. We work with big international brands on global platform. We are expanding and therefore we are looking for a new colleague for our Czech branch located in Prague (Ricany – Jazlovice):

Business Development Manager for Assembly&Pack division

• Do you have proven experience in B2B sales?
• Are you familiar with FMCG business? (mainly food & cosmetics)
• Do you like new challenges?
• Do you like to participate on providing meaningfull solutions to customers?

Product of your work:

Cut a deal with B2B client

Your main responsibilities:

• Deliver given Net Sales following agreed sales plan
• Active search for business opportunities in FCMG industry within the entire European region
• Conducting business meetings and presenting the company's services
• Partipication on Fairs, Conferences, Business & Professional Seminars
• Monitoring the competition and product novelties on the market

We are expecting:

• University/High school education
• Dynamic and self motivated personality with at least 3 years experience on similar position (ability to demonstrate successfull achivements, experience in packaging or marketing industry is an advantage, knowledge of FMCG environment is a must)
• Person with the excellent communication & negotiation skills, proactive aproach toward the customers
• Results oriented person with can do attitude
• Ability to work in international environment
• Fluent in English
