As BDR Manager your work will impact multiple teams in different ways. This position is mostly focused on sales, but also touches on marketing and sales operations. You will be working cross-functionally and collaboratively while comfortably being in charge of your own team to maximise the creation of highly qualified sales opportunities. That is why we are looking for a versatile and ambitious leader to join our team.

What you will be responsible for

  • Leading a rapidly growing global team of quota-carrying business development representatives (BDRs) and sales development representatives (SDRs) ensuring they meet personal and team monthly, quarterly and annual goals
  • Recruiting top class talent
  • Providing guidance and instruction on a day-to-day basis to ensure team members understand and execute their responsibilities
  • Holding weekly one-on-one meetings with team members to evaluate progress and discuss professional development
  • Overseeing all aspects of sales pipeline growth and forecasting potential blockers
  • Empowering team members to work hard and fostering a culture of inclusivity and collaboration
  • Developing and executing a vision for the Sales Development team

What you need

  • Passion for your work
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in sales or business development preferably in a SAAS environment
  • 1-4 years of experience in a team lead or management role in a SAAS environment
  • Ability to track and forecast sales pipeline and revenue growth
  • The ability and desire to work in a challenging environment - you’re competitive and like to get the job done
