Nejvíce oceňuji firemní přátelskou kulturu, kolegialitu, ochotu a vstřícnost při zaškolování. Každý názor je zde vyslyšen a brán v úvahu. Velice přátelské vedení společnosti. Mladý kolektiv. Výborná pracovní atmosféra. Předávání si zkušeností. Práce s nováčky a absolventy, mentoring zde funguje skvěle.
Některá řešení si vyžadují delší čas, ale to není negativum, věci se řeší kolektivně, každý názor se snaží uvážit, a to nějaký čas zabere.
