Pevná pracovní doba (7:00 - 15:00), výplata vždy ve správný čas na účtu, rekreační střediska, dostatek dovolené, kterou lze vybírat dle potřeb, nejsou nařízené dovolené, zaměstnavatel vyhoví v případě rodinných potíží

pracuji ve stabilní a prosperující firmě

Vytrácí se slušnost a pokora lidí, bohužel to není jen problém naší firmy, ale celé společnosti. Chybí upřímná a kvalitní komunikace. Objevuje se mezi lidmi nadřazenost a arogantnost.
