Vstřícné jednání během pohovoru, možnost se podívat do výroby před nástupem.

Více se zajímat o nové lidi a dodržovat pracovní dobu. Zajistit si záložní zdroj energie a také si více vážit lidi ve výrobě...

Vyplata byla vždy na účtě včas

jednání s lidmi, lepší finanční ohodnocení, udržet si spolehlivého svědomitého zaměstnance tak aby neutekl pryč

Nic me nenapada. Ve sklade vladl chaos.0

Pridal bych pracovikum 30 kc/h a potom by se hlasili jini lide kteri by v mensim poctu, se stejnym objemem financnich prostredku vykonavali praci kvalitne. A i ve vedeni skladu by to chtelo personalni obmenu .
