Vážím si férovosti firmy k zaměstnancům, poctivosti a otevřenosti k vzájemné komunikaci. Oceňuji rozmanitost benefitů od těch stálých tel tarify, Multisport karta, až po ty průběžné např. sportovní akce, vzdělávací kurzy, snídaně, večírky. Jestli jsem se ve firmě něco naučila? Stále se učím a to mě u nás ve firmě baví, že se člověk stále posouvá vpřed.

Co bych vylepšila, co nám chybí nebo změnila? Firma naslouchá naším požadavkům na změny, nebo s čím nejsem zcela spokojeni, takže v podstatě se průběžně i tyto věci mění k lepšímu. Nikdy nebudou všichni spokojeni na 100%, ale důležité je se o to snažit jako zaměstnanec i jako zaměstnavatel.
