Zdravé středy (a ani ty nestály za nic)

Vyměnit vedení, drží se tam lidé neochotni cokoli změnit. Není reálná šance postupu. Platové ohodnocení je hluboce pod průměrem vzhledem k práci vykonávané.

Zaměstnanecké benefity (home office, stravenky, cestovní pojištění, občerstvení na pracovišti apod.)

Přímá komunikace s nadřízenými, přestože se pravidelně uskutečňují "jednání" s nadřízenými .

Že poskytuje homeoffice jako benefit.

Jsou velké rozdíly mezi pracovními skupinami, co se týče objemu práce a ohodnocení. Někdy ti co dělají méně, dostanou více.

Benefit - 5. týden dovolené navíc, sick day a 13. plat dle úspěchů firmy

Četné výpadky interního systému, minimální podpora týmu od nadřízeného. Pomluvy za zády a napjatá atmosféra.

Benefity (25 dní dovolené, 2 sick days, flexibilní prac. doba), kolektiv moc fajn lidí.

Firma šetří na nesprávných místech, kontroluje odvedenou práci a nedopousti aby měl někdo, nedejbože, čas si zajít na wc. Práce je rozvržení tak, že sedíte jako robot více jak 8h denně u PC a stejne nestíháte.
