Jsme největší stavební Skupinou na území České a Slovenské republiky. Působíme ve všech stavebních oblastech, od dopravního inženýrství po pozemní stavitelství. Propojujeme světy prostřednictvím páteřních komunikací, mostů i železničních a tramvajových tratí. Ve městech budujeme kompletní mobiliář, sportovní hřiště, školy i bytové komplexy, haly a další. Do našeho portfolia patří také vodní díla, jako jsou čistírny a úpravny vod, přehrady, hráze i úpravy plavebních stupňů.

Jsem spokojen se spolupráci s nadřízenými. V 95% případech se dá vždy dohodnout ke spokojenosti všech. Vyhovuje mi volnost a jen přímé vedení. Oceňuji některé benefity firmy, které jsou při delším pracovním vztahu velkým přínosem na stáří ( penzijní příspěvek, akcie firmy, auto). Oceňuji i dobrý kolektiv okolo mne.
Určitě bych ocenil zlepšení komunikace mezi odděleními ve firmě. Zimní odstávka pro dělnické profese nese sebou břemeno menšího platu, což odrazuje nové uchazeče.

Se spolupraci, přijemném prostředí a rychlosti řešení problemů jsem ve Skupině nejvice spokojen. Během práce jsem se naučil hodně věci, které jsem ve školním prostředí neměl možnost zkusit.

- dobrý kolektiv - možnost rozvíjení se a pravidelného vzdělávání - možnost dohody ohledně soukromých nečekaných situací - pestrá pracovní náplň
- většinou se jedná o práci spojenou se stresovými situacemi

Opportunity to learn new things
Pro stavby používáme nové technologie. Také v kamenolomech se většina procesů automatizuje a digitalizuje. A je také potřeba sledovat a reagovat na změny v legislativě.
Opportunity to use foreign languages
Jedná se o mezinárodní firmu s centrálou v Paříži. Jednacím jazykem s kolegy ze ze zahraničí je angličtina. A výhodou je znalost francouzštiny.
