Jsme největší stavební Skupinou na území České a Slovenské republiky. Působíme ve všech stavebních oblastech, od dopravního inženýrství po pozemní stavitelství. Propojujeme světy prostřednictvím páteřních komunikací, mostů i železničních a tramvajových tratí. Ve městech budujeme kompletní mobiliář, sportovní hřiště, školy i bytové komplexy, haly a další. Do našeho portfolia patří také vodní díla, jako jsou čistírny a úpravny vod, přehrady, hráze i úpravy plavebních stupňů.

Leader v dopravním stavitelství. Zaměstnavatel podporuje odborný a lidský rozvoj svých zaměstnanců na všech stupních, pravidelně obnovuje mechanizaci v rámci investičního plánu.
Nic zásadního mě nenapadá, samozřejmě pracovní den přináší různá úskalí, ale od toho jsme tady, abychom je vyřešili.

U zamestnávateľa oceňujem stabilitu nadnárodnej spoločnosti, vzájomnú spoluprácu, kladenie dôrazu na dodržiavanie bezpečnosti pri práci. V porovnaní s konkurenciou ponúka zaujímavé benefity za dobre odvedenú prácu.
Zmenil by som systém odmeňovania pracovníkov R-kategórie so zameraním na hodnotenie dosiahnutých pracovných cieľov a pracovných výsledkov na mesačnej báze.

Počas realizácie stavieb je potrebná súčinnosť tímu ľudí, ktorí obstarávajú, pripravujú a zabezpečujú zhotovenie diela. V každej uvedenej oblasti sú podmienky rozdielne a preto je neustále potrebné učiť sa novým veciam a profesijne napredovať.
Order and rules
Pri našom druhu prác zameraných na stavebnú činnosť je nevyhnutné okrem zodpovednosti, precíznosti tiež dodržiavanie pravidiel BOZP, termínov výstavby, technických predpisov a postupov, noriem pri realizácii diela. Bez zamestnancov, ktorí uznávajú řad a pravidla, nie je možné dosahovať uvedené ciele a posúvať spoločnosť dopredu.
