Co se řekne platí! Vzdělávání interní i externí. Ohledně techniky, nic není problém, vše hrazeno. Přesčasy takřka nejsou. Příjemné pracovní prostředí.
Vždy je prostor na zlepšení, důležité je, že je snaha se zlepšovat a problémy se nepřihlíží.

Oceňuji přístup celé firmy. Snaží se nás motivovat odměnami, naslouchají našim nápadům, můžeme si vzít kdykoliv HO a nebo například pejska do práce :) Líbí se mi důvěra na obou stranách a taky to, že jim nevadí, že můžu mít i nadále pár svých klientů. Angličtina či peníze na vzdělávání beru jako velký benefit a vážím si, že můžeme spolupracovat. Pravidelně zde jdu mimo komfortní zónu a je to super!
Jedině obrázky na záchodech v 5. patře :D

Portfolio rostoucích českých klientů, se kterými máme dobré obchodní vztahy, a kteří umožňují pro mé oddělení kreativní práci.
Prodloužil bych čas výroby materiálů pro klienty. Na vše je méně času, než by si zakázka zasloužila.

Vždy se mohu spolehnout na kolegy. Kdo potřebuje pomoc, dostane ji. Část práce je každý den jiná a proto zajímavá i zábavná.
Nic zásadního mě nenapadá :-)

Otevřenost, pružnost, smysluplnost, férovost, team, dobrá nálada, laskavost. Všechny kroky se tu řídí mottem "Pomáháme klientům, aby byli úspěšnější".
