Spokojená jsem se svými kolegyněmi. Jsou pracovité, přátelské a férové. Jako benefit je super,že jsem dostala pracovní oblečení a obuv.

Jsem spokojená s pracovním prostředím, individuálním přístupem ke klientům i zaměstnancům. To vše je možné díky menší velikosti střediska. Méně je někdy více.
Všeobecně pracuje v sociálních službách málo mužů, bylo by potřeba, aby se jich našlo víc.

Lidskost a férovost nadřízených. Spolehlivost kolegů. Dobrá interní komunikace. Spravedlivý systém odměňování. Dobré pracovní prostředí.

Naučila jsem se nebrat věci osobně, oceňuji benefity a výplaty, které za celou dobu co zde pracuji vždy byly v termínu.
Myslím si, že v sociálních službách by měli pracovat lidé, kteří mají svoji práci i jako poslání. Pak by ji dělali s láskou a dobře.
