Respekt, uznání, komunikace, rodinné prostředí
Dlouho trvala změna na pozici vedoucí. Zbytečně odešlo mnoho kvalitních lidí a DZ to tak pošramotilo pověst.

Ocenila bych zvýšení platového ohodnocení na své pozici zdravotní sestry a u PSS. Především díky nízkému platovému ohodnocení PSS jich je nedostatek.
