Vychází vstříc, pokud potřebuji lékaře, něco se uděje dome, vždy se najde řešení.
V minulém roce přišlo nové vedení a s ním zmatek do služby. I přes naše stížnosti s námí nikdo situaci neřešil. Na konci nám bylo řečeno, že se s vedením hovořilo, ale mi nic nevěděli. Sdělovat zaměstnancům více informací i pokud nejsou přívětivé.

S benefity pro zaměstnance, s pracovním prostředím.
Větší zájem vedoucích o práci svých podřízených, nepromyšlená, rychlá rozhodnutí, která vedou k nespokojenosti zaměstnanců.

S pracovním prostředím, otevřeností, dobrý pracovní tým.
Hodnotící dotazníky - hrozné otázky, na které se nedá odpovídat. Přístup k financím, pokud potřebujeme něco malého dokoupit do naší služby, musíme škemrat o peníze.
