oceňuji 30 dní dovolené, benefity, možnost vzdělávání se, neustálé zvyšování kvality služby
Vyplňování cestovních příkazů. Poslední CP jsem vyplňovala tři dny s neustálou komunikací s ekonomickým úsekem. Možná ujednotit, co je možné a co ne.

Dobrá spolupráce s nadřízeným a spoleh. Domácí prostředí, spolupráce s kolegyněmi super.
Bylo by dobré mít tu více pomůcek na cvičení s klienty .

Naučila jsem se pracovat s lidmi, než nastala jistá změna práce mě bavila.
Větší zájem jak o pracovníky tak zásadně o klienty. Změny ve fungování!

dobrá atmosféra na pracovišti, přátelské prostředí ke klientům i personálu, úcta k lidem,
nedostatek personálu,... přenos nepravdivých informací mezi zaměstnanci, drby a reptání, ale to je asi všude
