Oceňuji partnerský přístup, zájem o potřeby zaměstnance, celkovou kulturu organizace. Máme možnost se vyjádřit, potkáváme se v rámci organizace napříč službami, jsme celkek.
Nemám nic, kde bych byla v tuto chvíli nespokojená.

Mám možnost růst jak profesně, tak osobně. Pokud mám nějaká pracovní problém, jsem vyslyšena a je mi nabídnuta podpora. Můj názor má váhu.

Tato práce je plná výzev, hodně jsem se naučila, baví mě, mám fajn kolegy, také pracovní dobu si mohu uzpůsobit.
Někdy mi připadá, že za pracovní nasazení je nestejné ocenění, finanční, benefity apod.
