Práce je smysluplná, mám možnost se vzdělávat. Kladně hodnotím i možnost setkávat se kolegy z jiných středisek. Diakonie jako celek má jasně daná pravidla a zásady.
Ocenila bych možnost větší samostatnosti při rozhodování, tj. složitý organigram.
