U některých zaměstnanců si vážím slušného jednání a férovosti.
V posledním roce zaznamenávám v kolektivu odlišné jednání vůči jednotlivcům v kolektivu dle sympatií.

Lidský přístup, zaměření na klienta. Vzájemná podpora mezi lidmi. Soudržnost lidí z Diakonie, vzájemná pomoc, velká rodina.
Vadí mi někdy zdlouhavé řešení problémů, zkostnatělost a malá flexibilita vedení, neústupnost některých členů vedení a jejich - jenom já mám pravdu, tak to prostě bude, i když je to špatně, ale já to tak chci!

Vstřícnost při řešení osobních problémů
Někdy mi vadí, když úředníci od stolu v kanceláři vymýšlejí inovace do provozu, který vůbec neznají a tu práci nikdy nedělali.

Lidský chování a řešeni nepříznivých životních situacích. Důstojný a profesionální přístup s milým úsměvem ke klientům. Pobyt v našem zařízeni je mnohem lepší než v nemocnici.Máme tu na svou práci čas a dobré vedení.
Mohli bychom to vylepšit novějšími pomůcky, aby naši pečovatele měli ulehčeni a klienti lepší komfort při manipulaci s nimi například koupáni polohování.Bylo by bezva také mít dobré rezervní finance na to když se něco pokazí v kuchyni i tech.úsek budova atd.
