Moderní vybavení, čistota, útulnost. Pozitivní, milé a veselé kolegyně.
Chybí personál. Chybí stála duchovní péče a psycholog, doprovázející osoba/osobní asistence. Dobrovolníci. Chybí povzbuzení. Převládá kritika, místo pochopení. Chybí důvěra a pohoda, převládají obavy z chyb místo milosrdenství.

Líbí se mi rodinná atmosféra, kterou tady máme , programy , kolektiv , prostě všechno je skvělé . Jen mě mrzí , že finanční ocenění není takové jako v příspěvkových organizacích , a to si myslím, že svou práci děláme s mnohem větším srdcem.
Tak jak jsem psala, líbilo by se mi lepší finanční hodnocení pro pečovatelky
