Nadřízený si váží mé práce, umí ji ocenit. V případě potřeby a možností mi umí vyjít vstříc.
Někdy je práce až příliš, ale to je celospolečenský problém.

Naučila jsem se pracovat lidmi s mentálním postižením, naučila jsem se pracovat s počítačem. Jsem vděčná že mám každý měsíc výplatu, mohu se v klidu najíst. Mohu se učit stále vytvářet něco nového, potkávat zajímavé lidi.
K tomuto v této době nic nemám coby mi vadilo.

Pokud se vyskytne nějaký problém, vedení je vždy ochotno nás vyslechnout a problém řešit.
Lepší komunikace mezi týmy, vyšší platové ohodnocení.
