Vždy mi vedení (ať už to byl kdokoliv) vyšlo vstříc - úvazek, směny, požadavky.
Lepší financování. Ať už plat, který bereme, tak údržba budov v kterých pracujeme- výmalba, nábytek apod.

Baví mě práce s dětmi.
Vadí mi přístup některých zaměstnanců, kteří nedělají nic a ti ostatní na to doplácejí. Málo osobního volna a nedořešené směny, které nedávají smysl.

S posláním mé práce, její náplní.
S kolektivem, většina si to chodí "odsedět" a doplácí na to ti, co se snaží a berou za to stejné peníze. Málo osobního volna.

Domácí atmosféra,maximáně si vycházíme vstříc,pokud je někdo nespokojený,ihned řešíme.
V zimě byla zima na pracovišti,ale už se to během roku bude řešit.Jinak jsem zde krátce a nic jiného jsem nevypozorovala.
