Asi mě nejvíce na této práci zaujalo, když jsem se poprvé šla podívat do domova pro seniory to, že jsem zde cítila takovou tu domácí pohodu a všechno bylo takové jiné než v jiných domovech důchodců.
Určitě je to někdy chování kolegů.

Určitě bych ocenila finanční ohodnocení jak ve státním sektoru, neboť v dnešní době v nepřetržitém provozu jako asistent mět 20 000,- Kč není opravdu žádná slává. Asistence je vždy na nejlépe placeném místě.

Za tu krátkou chvíli jsem se tu naučila pomoci lidem, kteří to potřebují, díky tomu mám dobrý pocit sama ze sebe :) .. Tato práce je zajímavá.
Ačkoliv hodně chápu, že je to nepřetržitý provoz a vždy tu někdo musí být, tak je velmi smutné, že někteří dávají svuj život více do práce jak do soukromého života, který mají (napr, rodina, partner a děti)

Líbí se mi společenství, které v práci vytváříme.
finanční, technické a personální nedostatky pro zlepšení práce. (větší prostor pro individuální práci s žáky, lepší zázemí na aktivity a hygienu....)

Jsem s pokojena s týmem se kterým úzce pracuji. Jsou to odborníci a lidé se srdcem na svém místě.
Od změny vedení se středisko potácí v nedůvěře zaměstnanců k vedení. Ztráta sickdays, žádné porady, team bulding, pouze útržky informací. Vedení nerespektuje kvalitní pracovníky jejich názor ani jejich práci. Vedení si prosazuje pouze služby které jsou jemu blízké, ostatní služby jsou v pozadí. Panuje nedůvěra a strach cokoliv říct aby se to neobrátilo proti pracovníkovi. Prosazují se nekvalitní pracovníci, kteří se pro práci v soc službách nehodí. Tím klesá kvalita služeb.
