Firma se snaží rozvíjet své zaměstnance a oceňuje, když jsou samostatní a přicházejí s vlastními nápady. Příjemné pracovní prostředí a zajímavé benefity působí pozitivně a vytvářejí místo, kam lidé chodí rádi pracovat.

Možnost osobního rozvoje, příjemné pracovní prostředí, je to tu prostě fajn, moc doporučuji všem šikovným lidem, co mají chuť pracovat
Spíše bych doporučila neprovádět výrazné změny, neboť co dobře funguje, se nemá měnit. Vzhledem k náročnosti práce poté lidé stresují větší změny.
