Vazi si dobrych zamestnancu a da sanci se dal profesne rozvijet. Snazi se vyjit vstric maminkam na/po materske.

Benefity jsou velmi zajímavé a je jich opravdu hodně. Od příspěvku na stravování, firemní tarif neomezené volání po celém světě, příspěvek na penzijní spoření, notebook, telefon a mnoho jiného. Kanceláře v centru Prahy, moderní, krásné, dobrá dostupnost.

Ne, vše je v naprostém pořádku.

The best at ALPIQ are people and our HR department, they are really helpful. Appreciate possibility of part time contracts for parents. Very friendly environment.

As inflation started due to war in Ukraine our salaries depreciated. At some departments technologies used are very obsolete and there is no will to change it. There is no much space for professional grow, the high management seems rigid comparing to other multinational companies. Too many business trips for meetings that can be done online, loss of money and negative impact on environment.

Opportunity to use foreign languages

Company language is English, Czech is not required. I guess that is the reason we have so many foreigners and around 30 nationalities within the team, as I have learned from HR colleague.

velký výběr benefitů a finančních motivací, příjemná a lidská atmosféra, férové vztahy, možnost homeoffice, kanceláře v centru města, možnost si prosadit své nápady a názory

stále více online setkávání na úkor osobních schůzek... ale to je určitě stejné ve všech firmách a také přirozeným vývojem technologií, dobou...
