Možnost karierního růstu do určitých pozic, možnost vzdělávání, pestré benefity, rozmanitost práce.
To je hodně individuální, takže asi u každé osoby něco jiného.

U tohoto zaměstnavatele jsem byla pouze na brigádě, sice dlouhodobé, ale pouze brigáda. Nejvíce jsem si ale i na této nízké pozici cenila toho, že tento zaměstnavatel a i všichni zaměstnanci si všech ostatních kolegů a kolegyň cení. Panuje tam vždy přátelská atmosféra, všichni si tykají, podporují se a umí si vyjít vstříc.
