Possibility to learn a lot through short period of time. Good company culture, absolute majority of people who you work with are incredible persons and are more of a friends than colleagues.
The nature of a job of consultant is mostly reactive and even proactive parts do depend on acceptance of a client. Therefore it is hard to plan ahead, which translates also to personal ability to plan ahead like buying a gym membership or any kind of long term commitment as there is uncertainty where you will perform the work or for how long. On the other hand, planning a vacation is usually not a problem.

Advisory - velice variabilní projekty, spolupráce s různými lidmy a klienty, člověk pozná mnoho různých prostředí - důraz na vzdělávání (hrazené pomalu vše, na co si člověk vzpomene) - dneska již slušný work-life balance (žádné 60hod týdny jak před lety), 6 týdnů dovolené

Na práci v EY oceňuji to, že mi jako matce 3 dětí, umožní relativně flexibilní pracovní dobu. Takže v případě nemoci mohu pracovat z domova a je důležité pouze to, že mám svou práci hotovou. Svým zaměstnancům EY poskytuje poměrně bohatý benefiční program.
