Včasná výplata.
Při pohovoru slíbili flexibilní pracovní dobu která není možná. Firemní kultura má pracovní dobu cca od 10:00 do 18:00. V práci nefungují absolutně žádná pravidla - což pro někoho může být výhoda a pro někoho ne. Z osobní zkušenosti vím, že pokud zapadnete do kolektivu, máte vyhráno a pokud ne, tak máte smůlu a v práci se nebudete cítit dobře.

I když neadekvátní, ale výplata je vždy včas.
Je potřeba zrušit "kamaráčofty s boardem" a z toho plynoucí nadměrné výhody pro pár vyvolených. Neumí se zde "měřit stejným metrem" všem. Neumí se adekvátně zaplatit odvedená práce (mýt 10 let stejný plat, ale dvojnásobek práce, lidem nově nastoupivším a bez prokázané loiality dávat vyšší peníze je prostě nefér)

Dobří kolegové na které je spoleh. V DDB je skvělý kolektiv. Lidskost vysokého managementu, kdykoliv se na ně můžu obrátit, nemusím se bát přijít s jakýmkoliv problémem. Zajímavá práce, nikdy se nenudíte.
V některých případech hodně práce, která zasahuje do časů osobního života. Chtělo by to zlepšit nabídku benefitů.
